Terms and Conditions

  1. An applicant’s registration and enrolment for courses is a binding agreement to complete the course and pay the full fees.
  2. By registering and making payment online, the applicant agrees to follow all terms and conditions of eduVation Club.
  3. It is the applicant’s responsibility to book their course far enough in advance to avoid missing lessons.
  4. All new applicants may be asked to take a placement test online or onsite, if required.
  5. Applicants cannot choose their preferred study level; this will be determined by the placement process if applicable.
  6. eduVation Club reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any applicant believed not to comply with internal regulations.
  7. All fees must be paid in full before the course can begin, unless decided otherwise by management.
  8. No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
  9. No transfers of courses, in whole or in part, are permitted.
  10. Fees are non-refundable in the case of late registration or course abandonment.
  11. eduVation Club does not permit the transfer of credit from one applicant to another, unless decided otherwise by management.
  12. Cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the course starts; a 10% administration fee will be charged, and the balance refunded.
  13. Cancellations made less than 15 days before a workshop start date will incur a 25% administration fee; the balance will be refunded.
  14. Refunds after the course start date will only be granted in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing to the Manager.
  15. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process from the date of written notice.
  16. No refunds will be granted for shortening the course or reducing the number of lessons after the course has started.
  17. Missed lessons cannot be replaced with one-to-one classes or used to extend the course.
  18. If an applicant is dismissed due to poor attendance or misconduct, no refund will be issued.
  19. Applicants are expected to arrive on time. Teachers may refuse entry if an applicant is more than 10 minutes late or repeatedly late.
  20. Course fees do not include course books, materials, travel expenses, paid social events, or personal and health insurance, unless offered as part of a package.
  21. Applicants achieving 80+ in four consecutive exams will receive a gift card.
  22. All applicants must show respect toward peers, teachers, and staff.
  23. Any applicant causing distress, offense, or disruption may be excluded from lessons.
  24. eduVation Club reserves the right to exclude applicants and cancel classes without refund based on its Behaviour Policy.
  25. Applicants are expected to attend 100% of their course.
  26. Applicants with attendance below 90% over ten sessions will receive a first warning.
  27. If the applicant fails to attend 100% of remaining sessions, a final warning and a tutorial with senior staff will follow.
  28. Disciplinary actions such as signing in or regular check-ins may be required to improve attendance.
  29. Continued non-compliance with attendance policies may result in permanent exclusion.
  30. No letters or certificates will be issued to applicants who:
    • Have unpaid course fees,
    • Have attended less than 90% of classes,
    • Have not reached the required level,
    • Or have not completed the course.
  31. Requests for official documents must be submitted at least five working days in advance.
  32. Workshops require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 24 participants, unless decided otherwise based on specific conditions.
  33. Change of class or time is subject to availability and level placement. No specific time slot is guaranteed.
  34. Workshop fees vary depending on the course type and must be paid on time.
  35. eduVation Club reserves the right to cancel, move, or merge any class due to low demand or justifiable reasons.
  36. If a class is cancelled, an alternative will be offered.
  37. Complaints must be made during the course to allow resolution. Complaints after the course ends will not be accepted.
  38. Cancellation of one-to-one lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance by speaking to a staff member directly. Otherwise, the tuition fee will be forfeited.
  39. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
  40. Food is not allowed in classrooms.
  41. Mobile phones must be on silent during lessons.
  42. Only English is to be spoken in class, unless instructed otherwise.
  43. Use of dictionaries is not allowed unless permitted by the teacher.
  44. Tolerance and respect for all beliefs and cultures are required at all times.
  45. Any form of bullying, prejudice, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate dismissal.
  46. eduVation Club, its employees, and representatives are not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to property on the premises or during external events.
  47. The Centre will not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law or appropriate authorities.
  48. In all cases, the decision of the Managing Director of eduVation Club is final and binding.
  49. The minimum age for enrolment is 18. Applicants aged 16–17 may join only as part of a group with others aged 18+ or when accompanied by someone 18 or older who is also enrolled at the Centre. (This may not apply to all courses.)
